ACCEPTABLE USE
Access carries responsibility.
DataRecord reviews each pilot request before access is granted. These principles describe the current public position. Final terms, jurisdictions, and data categories are set in the applicable customer agreement.
Permitted use
Approved business use can include data enrichment, market research, workforce analysis, and internal product workflows where the customer has a lawful basis and applies appropriate controls.
Restricted use
Do not use data to infer or guess personal contact information or other unverified facts.
Do not use data for unlawful discrimination, high-risk eligibility decisions, or other prohibited personal decisions.
Do not resell, redistribute, or combine delivered data outside the approved agreement.
Do not use the service for unauthorized outreach or prohibited automated communications.
Source, retention, and deletion
Each approved delivery has defined data categories, use, region, and retention expectations. Customers must handle deletion or appeal requests under their own obligations and notify DataRecord through the pilot contact when a request relates to an approved delivery.
Review and suspension
DataRecord may decline a request, limit a delivery, or pause access when the requested use, region, data category, or customer controls are not sufficiently clear for the pilot.
